The Arachnology Section of the Museu Nacional (UFRJ) is one of the main research centers in South America dedicated to the study of arachnids. Led by Adriano Brilhante Kury (Principal Investigator; Full Professor, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) since the late 1990s, the AracnoLab serves as a hub for research, training, and dissemination of arachnological knowledge.
